Interior Minister's Adviser: Declining global support has made continued refugee services difficult

Nader Yarahmadi, adviser to the Minister of Interior and head of the Office for Foreign Nationals and Immigrants at the ministry, met with Filippo Grandi's successor, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Barham Salih, in Geneva. He outlined Iran's extensive services to refugees and called for sustained financial support and a fair sharing of responsibility among host countries and the international community.

Nader Yarahamdi, advisor to the Minister of Interior and head of the Foreign Nationals and Immigrants Affairs Center of the Ministry of Interior, in a meeting with Barham Saleh, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, while explaining Iran's extensive services to refugees, called for stable financial support and a fair distribution of responsibility between the host countries and the international community.
