Parand Mayor Announces 11 New Construction and Service Projects

Robat Karim – The Mayor of Parand announced the opening and groundbreaking of 11 construction, service, and sports projects worth a total of 231 billion, aimed at developing urban infrastructure and improving citizens' quality of life.

Rabat Karim - The mayor of Parand announced the inauguration of 11 construction, service and sports projects with a credit amounting to 231 billion, which are implemented with the aim of developing urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life of citizens.

According to Mehr reporter, Rahmatullah Paydar, in the ceremony of opening, ground breaking and exploitation of 11 projects of Parand Municipality, announced the allocation of 2,310 billion Rials for the implementation of construction, service, cultural and sports projects of this city.

Referring to the objectives of the implementation of these projects, Mayor Parand said: These plans are defined with the aim of developing urban infrastructure, increasing public per capita income and responding to some of the needs of citizens.

Referring to the opened projects, he added: Pine Park in the north of phase three was put into operation with the aim of developing green space and increasing the recreational facilities of the citizens. Also, the investment project of cafe, book and restaurant in Mashahir Park is one of the other projects opened in the field of culture and welfare.

Padayar announced the beginning of the implementation of several sports projects and said: "The rock climbing bed in phase three, the multi-purpose sports complex in the north of phase six, and the first standard tennis court in Parand city are among the projects that were launched with the aim of developing sports facilities and balanced distribution of infrastructure in different areas of the city."

Mayor Parand further mentioned the construction and service measures carried out since the beginning of this year and added: Mechanized asphalting of more than 80,000 square meters of urban roads, implementation of 7,000 square meters of flooring, three kilometers of tabulation and the construction of the access road from Shahid Tehranchi Boulevard to the courthouse are among the municipal measures in the field of improvement and development of the road network.

He also listed the equipping and operation of the 22 Bahman gym and the development of city service facilities as other urban management measures.

Padayar emphasized: The implementation of construction, service, cultural and sports projects with the aim of increasing public facilities and improving the quality of life of citizens is on the agenda of Parand Municipality.
