The ministry said in a statement: "The units of the Northern Battle Group are tightening the encirclement ring in the Kharkiv region and expanding the outer control zone. During the encirclement, our forces took control of the settlements of Nefiodovka and Chivernoye in the Kharkiv region with active operations."
