Over 1,370 Projects Operationalized from the Martyred Leader's Visit to North Khorasan

The Head of the Management and Planning Organization of North Khorasan announced the operation of more than 1,370 development projects out of approximately 1,700 projects envisioned under the resolutions of the Martyred Leader's 2012 (1391) visit to the province. He said the average physical progress of the projects has reached about 90 percent.

The head of North Khorasan Management and Planning Organization announced the implementation of more than 1,370 construction projects out of a total of 1,700 planned projects in the form of the approvals of the Martyr Leader's trip to this province in 2011 and said: the average physical progress of the projects has reached 90%.

Hassan Naderi said in a conversation with Ambassador Arjan: In the form of 228 travel resolutions of 2011, the implementation of about 1,700 projects with a construction credit of 17,290 billion Rials was predicted, but with the follow-up and according to the needs of the province, the allocation of credits has increased to 29,261 billion Rials so far.

He added: The financing of these projects has been done from travel sources, provincial and national credits and other sources. More than 800 projects are rural in nature, which shows the significant contribution of these approvals in the development of infrastructure and improvement of services in the rural areas of North Khorasan.

More than a fourfold increase in travel credits

Head of North Khorasan Management and Planning Organization, referring to the financing process of the projects, said: the initial credit of the martyr leader's trip to the province was 5,700 billion rials, and so far 20,980 billion rials have been allocated from this place. A figure that is more than four times the initial credit.

Naderi continued: Part of the unfulfilled commitments of national institutions and ministries for the implementation of provincial projects have also been compensated from the appropriations of this row.

He explained about the allocation of other credit resources: out of a total of 7,913 billion Rials, 5,535 billion Rials have been allocated from the national appropriations of ministries and internal sources of institutions. Also, 477 billion Rials have been allocated out of 2,38 billion Rials approved by the President's Vice President for Planning and Strategic Supervision.

Payment of 48% of approved bank facilities

Referring to the planned bank facilities in the form of travel approvals, the head of the Management and Planning Organization of North Khorasan said: Out of a total of 12,500 billion Rials of approved bank facilities, 5,880 billion Rials have been paid so far, which is equivalent to 48% of the total planned facilities.

Naderi considered the construction of schools, the development of sports and cultural spaces, water and electricity supply to villages and the implementation of rural leader projects as the most important axes of these approvals and added: a significant part of the projects has been implemented with the aim of compensating for infrastructure deficiencies and improving the development indicators of the province, especially in rural areas.
