Hamadan – The Governor of Hamadan announced the launch of the 'Sarpanah' campaign, with the participation of philanthropists, to cover the down payments of beneficiaries of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee and the Welfare Organization.

Hamedan- The governor of Hamedan announced the launch of the "Shelter" campaign with the participation of benefactors to provide assistance to the relief and welfare committee.

According to Mehr reporter, Hamid Melanuri Shamsi, in the opening ceremony of Hamedan province's houses of hope in the presence of the head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, pointed out the need to support the low-income groups and those under the umbrella of Imam Khomeini's (RA) relief and welfare committee, and stated that providing housing is one of the basic needs of the people, and Hamedan province is seriously pursuing this issue along with other programs.

Stating that the completion of housing projects is not limited to the delivery of building units, he added: The units should be handed over in such a way that real living in them is possible, and the provision of infrastructure such as water, electricity, gas, sewage, access roads and superstructure services is one of the main requirements.

Referring to the weekly meetings of the Housing Supply Council of the province, Hamedan Governor stated: The experience of various projects has shown that the contractor or the trustee cannot solve all the problems alone, but the progress of the projects requires the all-round cooperation of the executive bodies, providing financial resources, accompanying the applicants and coordinating among the responsible groups.

Referring to the problems of some housing projects in the province, including the plans of 480 units of Farhangian units, 100 civil units and 690 units of the housing foundation in Koi Faraz, Melanori Shamsi reminded: Some of these projects had been stopped or faced with slowness for some time, but with the follow-up and the injection of 100 billion tomans of credit in addition to the payment of 200 million tomans loan facilities to each applicant, the grounds for their reactivation were provided.

He continued: We hope that these projects will be ready to be delivered to the applicants by the end of the year and with the efforts of the provincial group, although we are trying to make parts of it ready for use by the days of Fajr, but the final schedule depends on the physical progress of the work.

Referring to the importance of supporting low-income groups in providing housing, Hamedan governor announced the launch of the "Shelter" campaign to help provide the contribution of the relief and welfare committee's beneficiaries and said: "We are trying to reduce the heavy costs of providing housing for these households with the active participation of donors."

He pointed out: Considering that a significant part of household income is spent on housing costs, if we can remove this heavy burden from people's shoulders, in addition to increasing purchasing power, the worries caused by renting, displacement and housing inflation will also decrease, and families will engage in economic and social activities more calmly.
