What's the Secret to a Surprising Yalda Gift? The Choice Employees Don't Expect

On the eve of Yalda Night, choosing a gift that is both appropriate for employees and surprising to them has become one of companies' main concerns.

In order to get acquainted with new ideas in this field, we had a conversation with Mr. Engineer Fathi, the manager of Horshidland. In this conversation, he talks about the criteria for choosing Yalda's corporate gift, the role of paying attention to the taste of employees, and ways that can turn an occasion package into a memorable experience.

Why is Yalda night gift important for employees?

Yalda's gift is not supposed to be valued by its price. Sometimes a simple gift, if chosen with attention and taste, conveys an important message to the employee: "The effort you put in is seen and your presence is important for this collection." This feeling of gratitude can increase the employee's emotional bond with the company and give him a sense of belonging.

When employees see themselves as a valuable member of the organization, they may work with more motivation and precision and spend more effort to improve the result. A better quality of work can also have an effect on dealing with customers and the experience they receive from the company and help to form a more positive image of the brand. Of course, the gift alone does not guarantee such a result; It is important to see the appreciation of the employees in the daily behavior of the company.

Therefore, the Yalda night gift does not have to be expensive. A budget-friendly choice that is carefully prepared and delivered with a heartfelt message can be more effective than an expensive but careless gift. What is remembered is not only the gift itself; It is the feeling that the employee experiences when receiving it.

What criteria do companies have for choosing Yalda gifts?

Choosing an organizational gift for Yalda night is not limited to finding a few attractive products. Budget and number of employees, quality of items, packaging, preparation and delivery time, and the possibility of personalization also play a role in the final choice. But according to Engineer Fatehi, Horshidland's manager, companies sometimes focus too much on the items inside the package and pay less attention to their fit with the organization's identity.

Engineer Fatehi says: "Usually, companies think more about what items should be included in the gift package, while it is better that the combination of the package is in harmony with the company's history and field of activity. Depending on the identity of each collection, it may be necessary to add some items to the package or leave some items out. In the product design department, we help companies to choose a combination that suits their organization."

In addition to choosing the right items, it is also important to check the quality and packaging and ensure the timely delivery of the order; Especially for high quantity orders. It is better for companies to specify the preparation time, final cost and the possibility of adding a greeting card, logo or special message before placing an order.

What makes a corporate gift a surprise?

A surprise is formed when the employee encounters something in the gift package that he did not expect, but is related to the occasion and mood. Nuts and Yalda snacks are familiar choices; But you can go for a different combination. For example, including a coffee maker in the package along with a message like "For the longest night of the year, brew yourself a coffee and make memories from this night" can transform the gift from a simple package into a more memorable experience.

In this idea, not only the product itself is important; The relationship between the gift and the message that comes with it also plays a role. Yalda-matched packaging, a heartfelt note, or the choice of a practical and unexpected device can show that thought has been put into the design of the gift. Of course, it is better that the choices are in accordance with the budget of the organization and the taste of the employees.

If companies want to prepare a gift with a special idea and message for their collection, they can entrust its design to Horshidland. Horshidland does this Yalda night corporate gift design free of charge.

What points should we pay attention to before ordering a Yalda night gift?

In order for the gifts to be prepared on time and as expected, it is better to check a few things before placing the order:

Product sample and quality: If possible, see the sample to be sure of the quality of the items and their compatibility with the corporate gift.

Packaging: check the appearance of the package and the arrangement of the products; Wrapping is part of the gift-giving experience.

Preparation and shipping time: Determine the number of orders and the delivery time from the beginning so that the gifts reach the employees before Yalda night.

Final Cost: Include the price of products, packaging, shipping, and any design or personalization.

The possibility of inserting a logo or message: If you want the greeting card or the address of the organization to be included in the package, ask about the details, cost and time of implementation.
