Combs recently made news for his alleged VIP treatment at Fort Dix. An NBC News report in late September alleged that Combs had access to contraband cellphones to "scroll through Instagram and scan nude and sexually suggestive photos an old girlfriend sends him." On weekends, he has access to liquor smuggled in by the guards. After the report was published, Combs was sanctioned by prison guards for "disorderly conduct" and given 41 days of good behavior and his release was delayed from January to March 2028.
