Golpayegan- Golpayegan municipality, focusing on digital transformation and modern infrastructure, won the title of the best mayor of the province in the field of communication technology and intelligence and was among the best in the province.

Ehsan Mohajeri, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, referring to the 14th conference of mayors of Isfahan province, which was held in the presence of Dr. Nosrati, deputy minister and head of the organization of municipalities and rural areas of the country, and the governor and 114 mayors from all over the province, said: a detailed evaluation of the performance of urban administrations led to the introduction of the top 10 mayors; The mayors, each of whom were recognized as model managers of the province, due to advancing the key development indicators in their specific areas.

He added: Golpayegan municipality, by focusing on digital transformation and implementing new infrastructures, won the title of the best mayor of the province in the field of communication technology and intelligence and was among the top 10 mayors of the province.

Pointing to the importance of technology development in urban management, he added: One of our main priorities in the municipality is to move from the traditional methods of city administration to smart management and the use of new technologies. An approach that can be the basis for increasing the speed, accuracy and quality of providing services to citizens.

According to him: In this direction, we have pursued the development of information and communication technology infrastructure as one of the basic requirements of modern urban management, and our effort has been to provide a suitable platform for providing stable and efficient services by strengthening the technical infrastructure.

Emphasizing the role of transparency in urban management, the mayor of Golpayegan added: the use of smart systems and the use of modern communication tools can help clarify processes, facilitate citizens' access to services and reduce face-to-face referrals, and form a more effective relationship between the municipality and the people.
