The best open water swimmers of Bushehr province were introduced

Bushehr - On the occasion of commemorating "Physical Education and Sports Week" and commemorating the glorious martyrs of Navache Dana, the open water swimming championship of Bushehr province was held with the enthusiastic participation of 77 swimmers.

According to Ambassador Arjan, these competitions were held by the Bushehr Provincial Water Sports Board and with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of the province, on the Nilgoon beach of Persian Everlasting Gulf and in the area of Basidon Park.

This sports event was attended by Mehdi Bahramzadeh, Deputy General Directorate of Sports and Youth of the province; coach of the national team; A gathering of provincial officials was held

The swimmers participating in this tournament competed in an attractive and breathtaking competition in three age categories (youngsters, adults and free category) and in three different distances (200 meters round trip, 1000 meters and 2000 meters).

At the end of these competitions, the best people of each age category and distances were determined and in the presence of the organizers, awards and championship awards were given to the winners as a memorial.

It is worth mentioning that the best people in the distance of 2000 meters were selected as the quota of Bushehr province to participate in the national open water swimming competitions.

On the sidelines of these competitions, Mohammad Mansourzadeh, a member of Bushehr province's water sports and swimming board, announced: We have planned to hold other open water swimming and water sports competitions in December or February 1405 hosted by the blue waters of Bushehr province.
