National Unity Is the Pillar of Iran's Power
ARDABIL – Deputy head of the Basij Mostazafan Organization said national unity, public presence, and defense readiness are the pillars of Iran's power.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Sardar Seyed Qasem Qureshi, in the great exercise of the martyrs of Ardabil, emphasizing the historical position of this province in the formation of the unity and identity of Iran, he considered the presence of people in the scene as an important factor in supporting the armed forces and stated: it is necessary to maintain national unity, support the country and coordination between the government, parliament and other responsible institutions at this time.
Referring to Janfada Campaign, he announced the readiness of a number of people to participate in support and defense programs and noted: The role of people in maintaining the country's independence, scientific and industrial achievements after the Islamic Revolution, regional developments and the importance of national preparedness and solidarity is clear and evident.
The deputy of the Basij Mustafafin organization reminded the historical background of the people of Ardabil and the influence of this province in the sacred defense and preservation of the country and stated: Throughout history, the people of this province have played a decisive and effective role in defending the borders of Iran, preserving the national identity and confronting foreign threats, and this role can be examined in different historical periods.
Sardar Qureshi stated that national unity and preservation of territorial integrity are one of the basic factors of the authority of countries and said: Throughout history, Iran has faced many ups and downs, but the historical and cultural identity of this land has continued among different generations.
He assessed the historical role of Ardabil in Iran's political and cultural developments and the importance of knowing the country's past and passing historical experiences to the young generation as important and added: Although during the Qajar period and the Pahlavi rule, the interference of foreign powers and the weakness of political decision-making caused damage to Iran's independence and territorial integrity, after the Islamic Revolution, the honorable nation of Iran, defending the country's integrity, did not allow any part of the country's soil to fall into the hands of strangers.
The successor of the Basij Mustafafin Organization described the Islamic Revolution as a turning point in Iran's contemporary history and said: One of the main goals of this revolution was to end the country's political and military dependence on foreign powers, but the people of Iran, by participating in the Islamic Revolution, demanded independence in political, economic and military decisions and tried to follow the path of running the country based on national interests.
Sardar Qureshi stated: Like other parts of the country, the people of this region have been present in the historical events of Iran and participated in the defense of the country and the preservation of the achievements of the revolution.
Referring to the scientific, medical and industrial progress of Iran, he said: Today, Iran is a claimant in the fields of science, medicine, engineering, pharmaceuticals and defense industries in the world, and the enemy witnessed with his own eyes that Iran has made significant progress in various scientific and industrial sectors after the Islamic Revolution.
The representative of the Basij Mustafafin organization, comparing the situation of some industries in the country in the past with the current conditions, noted: Iran in the years before the revolution, depended on foreign companies and experts to provide part of its technical and industrial needs, but in the following years, domestic capacities have expanded in various fields.
Referring to the dam building industry, Sardar Qureshi considered this field as an example of the country's engineering capacity development and emphasized the importance of increasing technical knowledge and relying on local expert forces.
He stated: "Iran's various therapeutic and specialized capacities have been developed and advanced medical services are provided in different regions of the country, and besides that, our country is the world's leader in producing medicine and equipment needed by the country, strengthening domestic industries, supporting specialists and reducing dependence on foreign countries."
The deputy of the Basij Mustafein organization pointed to the tensions and military conflicts between Iran, America and the Zionist regime and added: Iran's enemies entered the confrontation with the aim of weakening the country's defense power, but the resistance of the armed forces and the support of the people prevented the realization of the goals that Trump was looking for in the country.
Sardar Qureshi said: "Attacks against commanders and military facilities of the country were a strategic mistake of the enemy, but crisis management, defense planning and continued activity of the armed forces have been important factors in facing threats."
He recalled the martyrdom of the leader of the revolution and the changes that happened after that and said: Although the enemy wanted to destroy the powerful leadership in Iran, but by choosing a young leader from the lineage of Pakan, today Iran stands powerfully in the world and the enemy is unable to confront its power.
