Production of more than 95% of the seeds required by South Khorasan farmers within the province

The head of South Khorasan Agricultural Jihad organization stated that more than 95% of the seeds needed by the farmers of the province are produced inside South Khorasan, and said: The produced and propagated seed varieties are selected based on the recommendations of the provincial research center and taking into account the climatic conditions of the region. However, the share of certified and modified seeds from the total seeds consumed by the farmers of the province is about 33%.
