He considered one of the important axes of cooperation between Basij and education to be finding talents in public schools and underprivileged areas, and criticizing the situation in which a significant part of the top ranks of entrance exams are allocated to students of non-government schools, he stated: with the cooperation of the two groups of Basij and education, the talents of students in public schools across the country, especially underprivileged areas, should be identified and discovered, and necessary planning should be done to nurture and support them.

The head of Basij Mustafein organization emphasized that this issue should not be limited to a cross-sectional plan, but it should be pursued as a common goal, with specific and measurable indicators.

He suggested that in order to change the share of students of these schools among the top ranks of the entrance exam, a phased targeting should be done and even for the first and second year, changes of about 10% and 20% in this ratio should be considered; Measuring the degree of realization of this goal can be a clear criterion for evaluating the result of cooperation between Basij and education.

Taib further considered the formation of scientific, service, construction and cultural networks among the fields of joint cooperation between Basij and education.

The head of Basij Mustafein organization also demanded that instead of focusing only on the number of programs and activities, the real achievements of these measures in the field of education and dealing with cultural harms and threats should be evaluated.

Referring to the role of education in the education of the future generation, he clarified that joint programs should be developed according to the current developments and the new needs of students.
