No Shortage of Chicken Meat in West Azerbaijan Province

The head of the West Azerbaijan Agricultural Jihad Organization, stressing that chicken production and supply in the province are sufficient, said procurement and distribution of chicken meat are proceeding well, consumer needs are being met without shortage, and the market for this product is stable.

The head of West Azarbaijan Agricultural Jihad organization emphasized the adequacy of chicken production and supply in the province and stated: the process of providing and distributing chicken meat is favorable and the needs of consumers are met without shortage; Also, the market of this product has good stability.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from West Azarbaijan and quoted from the public relations of Jihad Agriculture of the province, Mohammad Reza Asghari said: 28,274,000 chicks were hatched in the production units of this province from the beginning of this year to the end of September, and with this amount of hatching carried out in the first half of the year, not only the internal needs of the province were fully met, but a significant part of the production surplus was also sent to other provinces of the country.

The head of the West Azerbaijan Agricultural Jihad organization further informed about the support activities of the Animal Affairs Support Company and said: This company is currently collecting frozen chicken from producers, organizations and chains of chicken meat production.

Asghari reassured about the future of the chicken meat market and stated: strategic storages in the warehouses of the Animal Affairs Support Company and also in the cold storages owned by the production chains of the province have been done to a sufficient extent; Therefore, it is expected that with the continuation of this trend, there will be no problem in terms of supplying chicken meat in the province in the coming months.

He said: "Upgrading production chains and utilizing knowledge-based capacities in poultry units is one of the main priorities of the West Azerbaijan Agricultural Jihad Organization for sustainability in production and market regulation."
