We Are More Determined Than Ever; We Will Not Back Down Against Arrogance / Decisive Action Against Corruption in the Judiciary

The Head of the Judiciary said: It is essential to educate and inform the public as much as possible, so that when they go to the courts and judicial authorities, they do not fall into the hands of elements claiming influence in the judiciary.

According to the report of Ambassador of Arjan, Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Mohseni Azhei, today Monday (October 20th) during a speech at the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, while emphasizing the importance of informing the people about the tricks of corruption gangs, counterfeiters and elements claiming to influence the judiciary, stated: it is necessary to explain and inform the people as much as possible, so that they are caught by corrupt elements when it comes time to go to the judiciary and refer to judicial centers and authorities. And not to let the moneylenders and elements claiming influence in the judicial system.

Why did the Chief Justice personally talk to the defendants in the corruption case?!

The head of the Judiciary, while explaining an example of his direct entry into a case in the field of corruption and alleged influence in the judicial system, stated: In recent days, I studied and investigated a case in the field of fighting corruption and influence in the judicial system and dealing with professional and network forgers and usurpers of titles, and I personally talked with the judge, investigator, defendants and the plaintiff of the case. The point that was very worthy of consideration was that, despite the fact that the plaintiff in the case was not young and inexperienced and had been employed in various jobs for many years, and there were many experts and knowledgeable people around him in legal matters, he was still caught by corrupt and money-grubbing elements and fake elements who claim to influence the judicial system.

The head of the judicial system added: This plaintiff, who had received a conviction in another case, had resorted to a person claiming to influence the judiciary and a fake person in order to cancel his conviction, and by this means, he entrusted very significant and expensive property to one of the defendants in the case. Of course, such a person cannot claim that he was defrauded; On the contrary, he had turned to them intentionally and with knowledge and knowledge of the fraudulent and corrupt actions of the defendants, and entrusted his property, which according to the report received, is worth more than 10 Hamats, to one of the defendants as a proxy.

The head of the judiciary said: This person who complained had given amounts of gold and dollars to the defendants in the case. One of the defendants in the case was a lawyer. If the plaintiff believed that the work was correct and not criminal, why should he have accepted the demand of the defendants to pay dollars and gold? Are lawyers' fees gold and dollars?!

The judge clarified: One of the defendants in the mentioned case worked as a lawyer and unfortunately, he was infected with corruption. He had received $150,000 from the plaintiff in just one case. The 150,000 dollars he initially claimed was available in his house, but then he said that he gave 40,000 dollars to his partner and converted the rest into Rials at the exchange. Of course, it was later revealed that there was no exchange and that the accused converted the dollars to an unlicensed person.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: There are some people who intend to defraud and extort money from the people and clients of the judiciary by forging and usurping titles and attributing themselves to judicial officials and making false claims that they have influence in the judiciary. Therefore, one should be very careful and make people aware so that they don't get caught in the trap of these corrupt and fake elements.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajei, while emphasizing the decisive action against the elements who want to destroy the honorable judicial society of the country, stated: the judges are clean-handed forces, with sincerity and free from pollution and corruption. However, the judiciary is like a white board where the smallest stain shows up; When, God forbid, a person in the judiciary becomes infected with corruption, the effects and consequences of this corruption are very wide and widespread and can distort people's trust in the judicial system and even the principle of the system. Therefore, we are very sensitive to internal corruption and deal with corrupt elements within the judiciary decisively and in accordance with the law.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: Protection and monitoring departments and departments within the Judiciary investigate and deal with corruption cases within the Judiciary with greater focus and sensitivity; Accordingly, it is necessary for the competent department and unit in the Bar Association to be more sensitive to the professional and disciplinary violations of lawyers.

The Head of the Judiciary stated that the corruption of the judicial forces annoys and offends every concerned person, and said: "When I come across a report on the violations and crimes of the judicial forces, I am really hurt and affected." Our aim is to ensure that by taking preventive measures, none of the judicial forces and employees of the judicial branch will be infected with corruption, but if, God forbid, such an incident happens, we will definitely punish the infected person and disqualify him.

Referring to the sacrifices of judges and judicial forces in the way of providing services to the people, the Head of the Judiciary stated: Once again, I emphasize that our judges and judicial forces are servants, sincere and clean-handed elements who sometimes suffer day and night to untangle the judicial affairs of the people. During the two recent imposed wars, a significant number of our judges used to show up at their workplace even under the enemy's bombardment, so as not to delay the progress of people's judicial affairs. Therefore, we will definitely not allow a few people to distort and distort this favorable image of the country's judicial society by being infected with corruption.

Emphasizing the importance of informing the people in order to prevent them from being deceived by counterfeiters and fraudsters, the judge noted: However, I emphasize once again that the people should be informed and informed as much as possible so that they do not resort to counterfeiters and fraudsters and elements who claim to influence the judicial system in order to advance their judicial affairs. Informing people in this area is not just an educational matter; It is a preventive measure. We believe that an informed and informed client will be a deterrent against corruption. In this regard, the Media Center of the Judiciary, the Social and Crime Prevention Department of the Judiciary and other relevant departments should make more efforts.

We are more determined and steadfast than ever; We will not fall short in the face of arrogance

In another part of his speech at this meeting, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajei, referring to the recent crimes committed by terrorists in Sistan and Balochistan province, said: "In recent days and weeks, a handful of arrogant terrorists have carried out assassinations in the southeast of the country to please their masters." In their delusion, they think that they can threaten and limit the security of a part of Islamic Iran with these assassinations. But they should know that our people become more coherent and united after seeing these terror attacks and feel more responsible for confronting the treacherous enemy.

The head of the Judiciary once again expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of Dr. Nosrat Iftikhari, the cultural and social deputy of the police command of Sistan-Baluchistan province, and said: Martyr Nosrat Iftikhari, who was martyred by Kurdel terrorists, had no other purpose than to serve the noble and noble people of Sistan-Baluchistan region, and on the way to serve these people, she drank the sweet nectar of martyrdom. The terrorists who spill the blood of the servants of the people on the ground actually show that they are the enemies of the people in the first place. People also appreciate their sincere servants; Even though the burial ceremony of the martyred martyr Nosrat Eftekhari became a scene of people's unity and unity in confronting the terrorists.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: "Certainly, the enemy and his followers and all domestic and foreign enemies and ill-wishers should know that because of these assassinations, there will be no disruption in the determination of our people to fight arrogance and our nation will not surrender to arrogance under any circumstances." By God's grace, the will of our people will prevail over the enemy and the enemy's followers, and we will defeat the enemy with God's grace and help.

It is worth mentioning that, in the beginning of his speech in today's meeting, the head of the judiciary congratulated and congratulated Hazrat Zainab Kobari (PBUH) on the happy birth and said: Hazrat Zainab Kobari (PBUH) is a non-teaching scholar who is a role model not only for women scholars, but also for humanity. He is the mountain of patience, understanding, knowledge and explanation, and with his effort of explanation, he shone the light truth of Ashura on the world.

Qazi-ul-Qadat continued by honoring Nurse's Day and noted: In the greatness of the profession and profession of nursing, it is enough that the day of honoring the position of a nurse is comparable to the blessed birth of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (PBUH). Our precious nurses have a special place in the health system of the country, and it is necessary to meet the needs and demands of this hardworking group.

Hojjat-ul-Islamwal-Muslimin Mohseni-Ajei also honored the 20th of Mehr, the day of commemoration of Hafez Shirazi and stated: Khwaja Shamsuddin Muhammad Hafez Shirazi got the name "Hafez" from that because he was the custodian of the Holy Quran and memorized and recited the words of Allah with 14 narrations. Many of Hafez's poetic themes are taken from Quranic and religious teachings.

The head of the judicial branch stated: Many of Hafez's poetic themes are still fresh and alive; The reason for this is that the ruling spirit of Hafez's poems and sonnets originates from Quranic and religious teachings. In his poems, Hafez repeatedly talks about the concept of justice with various symbols and expressions. Hafez often sings about kindness and compassion towards fellow human beings. Artistically and poetically, Hafez warns people from being contaminated and falling into the danger of sin. He criticizes the words of abolition and ignorance and keeps his audience away from this policy. Lasan al-Ghaib emphasizes on seeking justice and being right and avoiding discrimination. These are all excellent concepts and themes that can be at the forefront of every Muslim's and Azadeh's actions.
