In response to a question about the non-implementation of the hijab law, the representative of the religious jurist in Golestan province, emphasizing the place of this issue in Islamic teachings, stated: The issue of hijab is one of the important religious issues and one cannot be indifferent to the foundations and rulings of religion.
According to Ambassador Arjan, Ayatollah Seyyed Kazem Nurmfidi, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Golestan province and Imam Juma of Gorgan, in continuation of the many-year tradition of attending students and having a direct conversation with the young generation, attended the Shahid Kandahari Girls' High School in Gorgan and answered various questions of the students about the country's political, economic, cultural and social issues.
According to Ambassador Arjan, in this meeting, the students asked explicit questions about Iran-US negotiations, the war conditions of the country, the activities of the Islamic Council, the hijab law, monitoring the functioning of the institutions, Iran's relations with the countries of the region, the dependence of the economy on the dollar, the increase in prices, political differences and the development capacities of Golestan province.
In this conversation, Ayatollah Normfidi, while explaining his views on the issues raised, emphasized the need to know the issues accurately, avoid unilateral judgments and pay attention to the country's conditions in the analysis of events.
Negotiation does not mean surrender; Iran's independence is the nation's red line
In response to a question about the continuation of negotiations with the United States, the representative of Wali Faqih in Golestan province, referring to this country's attack on Iran during the negotiations, stated: This incident is one of the important points that should be taken into account. Because an attack in the middle of negotiations intensifies mistrust of the other party.
Referring to the positions announced by the country's officials regarding setting the conditions for negotiations, he emphasized: The Islamic Republic of Iran is not looking for war, but it does not want to give up its independence or come under the domination of great powers. Our goal is for our country to be independent, stand on its own feet and determine its destiny with the will of the nation.
Ayatollah Nurmfidi stated that negotiation does not mean one-sided concessions and added: We are both ready to defend the country and use the logic of negotiation. Negotiation cannot be seen as surrender; Just as any negotiation does not necessarily mean accepting the other party's demands.
He continued: If Iran absolutely rejects the negotiation, the enemy may insinuate in the public opinion of the world that Iran is looking for war. Therefore, we must act in such a way that the public opinion of the world knows the facts and the responsibility for the other party's actions is clarified.
The representative of Wali Faqih in Golestan pointed out the need to pay attention to the logic and conditions of negotiation and clarified: We have logic for both war and negotiation; But from our point of view, the other side must be accountable for their behavior and decisions in both fields.
Referring to the biography of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and the peace of Hudaybiyah, he pointed out: In the history of Islam, negotiation and peace have had a place, along with preparation for defense. Therefore, it should not be assumed that the only way is to fight; Rather, one should use any logical way that secures the interests and rights of the nation.
Officials are working hard in war conditions
Ayatollah Nurmfidi, in response to a question about the status of the activities of the Islamic Council and the reason why the meetings are not held in the usual place of the open court, explained: The members of the parliament are still holding their meetings, meeting with the ministers and trying to solve the country's problems. However, the meetings are not necessarily held in the same place in the current situation.
Referring to the activities of the various institutions of the system, he mentioned the government, the parliament and the judiciary as the departments that follow their responsibilities in the current difficult situation and said: the officials are trying day and night to solve the country's problems to the best of their ability.
Referring to the country's war conditions, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Golestan added: "During the war, the conditions are not normal and we cannot expect that everything will go on without difficulties." However, this does not mean ignoring problems or denying shortcomings; We also have problems and we must try to solve them.
He also pointed to the military threats of the United States and the presence of warships of this country in the region, and emphasized: it should not be assumed that the country's officials are doing nothing; The authorities and forces of the country are trying to manage the situation and defend the national interests.
hijab Religious necessity in addition to paying attention to the conditions of the society
In response to a question about the non-implementation of the hijab law, the representative of the religious jurist in Golestan province, emphasizing the place of this issue in Islamic teachings, stated: The issue of hijab is one of the important religious issues and one cannot be indifferent to the foundations and rulings of religion.
He clarified: Hijab is one of the essentials of Islam, but it has conditions and customs that must be observed and respected. Family, education, and society play a very important role in influencing the hijab on young people, and this issue cannot be enforced in society through force.
Imam Juma of Gorgan added: The youth and the people should be drawn towards the hijab in such a way that they do not dislike it. Parents, schools and executive agents should work with soft language so that young people go towards hijab with interest, because this is the order of God and the Prophet (PBUH).
The representative of Wali Faqih in Golestan said: The philosophy of hijab should be explained to women in such a way that they feel that they are getting closer to God with it.
Pointing to the necessity of paying attention to the social conditions of the country, he clarified: In addition to paying attention to the essence of the issue, the time and social conditions should also be considered. Today, the country is facing external threats and maintaining the unity and integrity of the society is of particular importance.
Ayatollah Noormfidi added: We must examine the consequences of each issue at a specific point in time and whether the approach to it helps to solve the problem or may increase the grounds for social discord and division.
Referring to the enemy's attempt to create duality in the society, he pointed out: the enemy uses every opportunity to create differences; Therefore, while adhering to the religious principles, we should also be careful about the way of planning and following up the issues.
The representative of Wali Faqih in Golestan emphasized: The issue of hijab should be examined in the framework of religious principles and taking into account the interests of the society, and in any situation, he should not lose sight of the timing and social consequences of the decisions.
All people should participate in cultural and social activities
In another part of this meeting, Ayatollah Nurmfidi emphasized the need to strengthen social and cultural activities in the current situation, and emphasized the participation of all groups and different currents in public programs.
He stated: Cultural and social programs should not be limited to a specific group; All people should be able to participate in various activities, from artistic and literary programs to drama and social programs, and express their views.
The representative of Wali Faqih in Golestan emphasized the need to strengthen public participation and added: The more the field for the presence of different groups in social activities, the more the possibility of empathy and companionship will increase and the society will be able to benefit from wider capacities.
negotiation; A way to defend the rights of the nation, not to accept surrender
In the continuation of the meeting, one of the students raised a question about the cycle of negotiations and the uncertainty of the end of the war and negotiation.
In response, Ayatollah Nurmfidi stressed the need to recognize the difference between rational negotiation and surrender, saying: We must negotiate in such a way that the country's rights and conditions are taken into consideration and the other side knows that Iran is standing up to preserve its independence and national interests.
Referring to the positions of the Martyr of the Revolution regarding negotiations to remove threats and clarify Iran's positions in the public opinion of the world, he stated: Negotiation does not mean surrender; Rather, this capacity should be used to defend the nation's rights and prevent the formation of a false image of Iran in the world.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Golestan added: "If we do not negotiate, the enemy may try to mobilize the public opinion of the world against Iran." Therefore, we must act intelligently and not allow the enemy's narrative of the country's issues to be recognized as the only narrative in the world.
Referring to the necessity of the country's defense preparation, he noted: Preparation for the defense of Iran must be maintained; At the same time, negotiation can also be pursued within the framework of national interests and by observing the principles and conditions of the country.
Ayatollah Normfidi also emphasized that decision-making about the major issues of the country should be done by considering its various dimensions, and asked the students not to see the issues only from one angle and to analyze the issues, check different information and viewpoints.
There is supervision in the country, but the problems must also be accepted
In response to a question about the weakness of supervision in different parts of the country, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Golestan province stated: There are institutions to monitor the performance of the institutions, and the inspection organization and supervisory institutions are responsible in this field.
Referring to the supervisory activities of the judiciary and other responsible institutions, he added: It cannot be said that the country lacks supervision or that all matters are left unaddressed. But this does not mean that there are no problems or that all supervisions are sufficient.
Referring to the vastness of the country and the multitude of executive bodies and issues, Ayatollah Nurmfidi clarified: It is not realistic to expect complete and moment-by-moment supervision of all affairs, considering the extent of the issues and the limitations of the facilities. However, supervision should be strengthened and problems should be looked at responsibly.
