Skill competitions of the army duty staff started in Isfahan with 12 specialized disciplines

Isfahan- The Commander of Hazrat Sahibul Zaman (AS) of Isfahan Province announced the beginning of the fourth round of skill competitions for active duty employees with the slogan "Skillful soldiers, efficient claws, effective employment" in 12 specialized fields.

Brigadier General Mojtabi Fada, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, pointed out the importance of empowering young people during military service and stated: The fourth round of skill competitions for active duty employees in cooperation with the Technical and Vocational Education Organization and the Red Crescent Society has been launched in 12 specialized fields in order to take an effective step towards identifying top talents, promoting professional capabilities and providing stable employment for young people.

Emphasizing that these competitions have been designed and planned in three city, provincial and organizational stages, he added: The main purpose of holding this event is to create a dynamic and competitive environment to measure the technical skills of soldiers and smooth the way for them to enter the labor market after the end of public service.

Skill training is a strategic opportunity for the future career of young people

Commander of Hazrat Sahibul Zaman (AS) of Isfahan Province, recalling the emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution on the necessity of developing skills in military environments and barracks, stated: the military period should not be considered merely as a service period, but this period is the best opportunity to acquire practical expertise, increase individual skills and improve the readiness of young people to face the economic challenges of society.

Sardar Fada continued: The continuous holding of these competitions, in addition to creating double motivation among the duty workers, provides a suitable platform so that the hidden and specialized capacities of the youth are identified and directed towards productive, service and employment-creating activities.

Regarding the details and schedule of this competition, he said: The registration process of the candidates has been done until October 25 through the skill training offices located in the military units, and the city selection stage competitions will be completed by the end of October.

According to the Commander of the Isfahan Province Army Corps, the provincial stage of this competition will be held from November 10 to 20, along with preparation courses and practical tests, and finally, the best people of the province will advance to the national and organizational stage so that the final competition will be held from December 2 to 5 in a completely practical and project-oriented manner.

From cash bonuses to 200 million tomans employment facilities

Referring to the attractive and motivating incentives considered for the winners of the skill competitions, Sardar Fada stated: cash bonus up to 10 million Tomans, granting of annual overtime up to 45 days, granting of incentive leave, priority in receiving self-employment loans, priority in the recruitment and selection process, as well as the right to choose the unit of the place of service, are among the special privileges that are expected for the best people of this period; Besides, at the end, commanders and top ranks of pioneers in the field of skill training are honored.

He mentioned the competition of soldiers in 12 different fields and added: "Physical preparation, physical protection, first aid and relief, Python programming, digital photography, mobile phone hardware repair, light car repair, CCTV camera installation, building electricity, water heater and package repair, air conditioner installation and repair, and men's hairdressing" are the fields in which the participants compete with each other.

In the end, the commander of Hazrat Sahibul Zaman (A.S.) of Isfahan Province noted: Simultaneously with the implementation of these competitions, the registration of special employment facilities for skilled soldiers with end-of-service cards has also started, and those who qualify can receive a self-employment loan in the amount of 200 million Tomans with an interest rate of four percent and a five-year repayment period through the "Samaso" system, so that a solid step can be taken towards the realization of productive employment and self-reliance of the youth.
