Qisas Sentence for the Killer of Martyr Jasem Hosseinian Carried Out

Bandar Abbas – The Prosecutor of Hormozgan Province announced the execution of the qisas sentence against the killer of Martyr Jasem Hosseinian, a traffic police officer in Minab County.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Aref Akbari, the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Hormozgan province said: After the proceedings and the issuing of a retribution sentence for the murderer of the martyr Jassim Hosseinian, "the road police officer of Minab city" and the confirmation of this sentence in the Supreme Court of the country, the aforementioned sentence was executed in the prison of Minab city.

The General and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Hormozgan Center, explaining the details of this news, stated: After the murder of the martyred third lieutenant Jassim Hosseinian, a road police officer of Minab city, the perpetrator of this crime was sentenced in the criminal court of a Hormozgan province located in Minab city.

Akbari stated that the charge against the accused was that he was responsible for the intentional murder of martyr Jassim Hosseinian, and said: After the arrest of the mentioned person, while completing the investigation and the process prescribed in the Criminal Procedure Law, his case was sent to the criminal court of a Hormozgan province located in Minab city.

He added: As soon as the case was received from the prosecutor's office, in accordance with the legal deadlines and procedures, the hearing time of the criminal court branch of Hormozgan province located in Minab city was determined, and the meetings of this branch were held with the presence of the representative of the prosecutor, the defendant's lawyers and the parents of the deceased, and finally, with the proof of the commission of intentional murder and the request of the parents, it led to the conviction of the murderer to the punishment of self-retribution.

The Prosecutor of the Hormozgan Provincial Center stated: The decision issued within 20 days from the notification was appealed in the Supreme Court of the country, which was finally confirmed in the Supreme Court of the country.

The prosecutor of Hormozgan province also pointed out that the judicial system, as required by its religious, revolutionary, national mission and serious organizational missions, has always shown that it will spare no efforts to protect the capital of national security and public order of the country and ensure the peace of the honorable and dear people of Islamic Iran, and on this basis and according to the requests of the people and the emphasis of the officials, it will deal with the aggressors against the security guards and law enforcement officers with seriousness and determination and will punish them. He will leave the hands of justice to answer for their actions.

It should be said; Martyr 3rd Lieutenant "Jasem Hosseinian" was run over by a passenger car while controlling passing vehicles in the police station of Minab-Jask (Godu) road in line with relentless confrontation with traffickers and was taken to the hospital, but due to the severity of his injuries, he was martyred.
