Unveiling new Peugeot cars with a stunning and futuristic design

On the eve of the Paris Motor Show, Peugeot unveiled two all-electric concepts, the E-T16 with 816 horsepower and the RCZ Vision coupe.

According to Ambassador Arjan, citing Zomit, Peugeot unveiled two exciting all-electric concepts before the start of the Paris Auto Show. The Peugeot E-T16 concept pays homage to the legendary world rally champion car, the 205 T16, while showcasing the future design language of the 208 electric hatchback.

On the other hand, the Peugeot RCZ Vision coupe is back with a solid-state battery and retaining the iconic twin bubble roof.

Peugeot E-T16 sleek hatchback has been developed on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the consecutive championships of 1985 and 1986. The three electric motors produce a total of 816 horsepower, which makes it the most powerful car in the history of this French automaker.

The ratio of power to weight in the new creation of the French is less than 2 kg per horsepower. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and 0 to 300 km/h in 16 seconds.

In order to maintain stable performance under heavy pressures, Peugeot Sport has used the cooling system of battery cells from the side walls known as Side Cooling.

380 mm brake discs, vertical hydraulic handbrake and 315 mm Michelin tires are seen on the rear axle. The 85kWh battery with 800V architecture provides a range of 400km according to the WLTP standard, and charging from 10 to 80% takes less than 15 minutes.

The second model, the Peugeot RCZ Vision, recreates the proportions of a modern grand tourer with a length of 4.65 meters and a width of 1.94 meters. The 500 horsepower drive is located next to the solid state battery with a thickness of 110 mm and 1000 volt architecture.

The car's battery with a range of 600 kilometers can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 10 minutes. The cabin of both cars is equipped with Hypersquare rectangular steering wheel and all-electronic steering technology.
