Kirill Dmitriev Calls Britain's Left-Wing Government's Desire for "Endless War in Ukraine" the "Elephant in the Room"

Moscow, October 13. /TASS/. Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the Russian president for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said that Britain and the European Union are using their considerable media influence to sabotage peace efforts in Ukraine and cooperation between Moscow and Washington.

"Britain is using its huge media power to sabotage any Ukrainian peace efforts and any cooperation between the US and Russia. The EU is following suit," Dmitriev wrote in X.

He added: "The elephant in the room: the desire of the left-wing British government for a 'perpetual war in Ukraine' to divert its focus from the destruction of the British way of life."
