Ahvaz - The Deputy of the Judiciary considered the empathy of the provincial managers as the main factor in Khuzestan's transformation and judicial excellence.
According to Mehr reporter, Hasan Babaei said before noon this Wednesday at the meeting of the judicial council and the ceremony of awarding the ownership certificate in Khuzestan: Several factors have caused Khuzestan to be in the process of transformation and judicial excellence, and the first very effective indicator in this success is the cooperation and empathy of the judicial bodies, governors, governors and heads of executive bodies, which is evidence of the solution of problems through the judicial system.
The head of the country's real estate and documents registration organization continued: The presence of popular, jihadist and revolutionary leaders in Khuzestan is another indicator. The performance statistics of the judicial system and document registration in Khuzestan have been acceptable despite problems such as power outages and imposed wars.
He said: In Khuzestan, 25 unique identifiers related to cooperative units or subject to pre-sale have been issued, which is a factor to prevent any violations in the field of real estate.
The head of the Property and Deed Registration Organization stressed that this model should be implemented in the entire province and added: If Khuzestan ranks second in terms of unique IDs today, it is expected that a large number of unique IDs will be issued in a short period of time.
Babaei, while appreciating the government for supporting the implementation of the country's document registration law, said: According to the mandatory law, each residential unit in the complexes can pay the fine and share of its branches and receive the termination of the work, and we expect this regulation to be implemented in Khuzestan as well.
He said: electronic guarantee or bail is a five-step process implemented by the registration organization and the Ministry of Finance, in which devices such as banks and judiciary will be provided with access to electronic documents for guarantee.
The Deputy of the Judiciary said: So far, about 25 to 30 million documents have been registered and provided to the judiciary.
Babaei stated that in Hormozgan Province, the issuing of electronic guarantee has been implemented, he clarified: With this plan, the judge can view the guarantee online, which is a permanent service.
He listed the formation of shareholders' bank as one of the other measures and continued: This issue has been put on the agenda, and in this way, it will be possible to issue guarantees online for shareholders.
The head of the Country's Real Estate and Deeds Registration Organization stated: The issuance of all property documents for government agencies will be done electronically from November, and soon the single green leaf documents will be converted into electronic documents that cannot be forged or violated.
