Khorramabad – The national-regional conference 'Leading Environmental Education and Culture-Building Among Nomads' is being held in Lorestan, focusing on the role of nomadic communities in protecting nature and promoting environmental awareness.

According to the reporter of Mehr, the national-regional conference "Education and Culture of Environment and Nomads" focusing on the role of nomadic communities in protecting nature and promoting environmental culture, will be held on October 21 in Sefidkouh protected area of Khorramabad.

This conference will be held with the aim of strengthening the culture of environmental protection and developing environmental education in the nomadic communities of the Zagros provinces.

Kamran Farmanpour, Director General of Lorestan Environmental Protection, said: This conference is an opportunity to exchange experiences, introduce the capacities of nomadic communities in protecting the environment, and honor nomadic activists in the field of environmental education.

This event will be held on Tuesday, 21 October 1405, in the protected area of Sefidkouh, Khorramabad, and at the Beyved environmental guard post.
