The Fiat Topolino is rethinking what a city car can be. This ultra-compact all-electric four-wheeler is designed for short city trips—like zipping to the shops in a golf cart, but more stylish—offering a simpler alternative to traditional cars. With a top speed of 25 mph (with a conversion kit that increases the speed range), the Topolino (little mouse in Italian) is small enough to navigate busy streets and fit into tight park spaces. Its electric drive produces zero greenhouse gases and can travel up to 46 miles on a five-hour charge. It launched in the US in July.
