Of course, the government and the mayor of Tehran gave the good news that with the special order of the president, a seven-member committee was formed in the government to expand this plan to all other cities with the participation of municipalities. According to special conditions, the municipality spends working capital in this sector. A significant number of these costs will be returned to the municipality after people make purchases.

Mohammad Khani stated that those who criticize should provide solutions and said: Tehran Municipality has other duties such as buying buses. Moreover, 2,500 buses have been purchased and are operating in the city. A unique action has been taken in the purchase of electric buses, which has been lost in the chaos of events. In District 12, which is the heart of Tehran, all buses are electric, and we are trying to ensure that all buses are electric within the traffic limits.

The spokesperson of Tehran municipality announced that we have bought buses from both domestic and foreign manufacturers and stated: We are still far from the needs of the people, but we are doing our best. Mohammad Khani stated that the plan was not decided overnight and stated: The studies and reviews of this plan started in April and we created a capacity to cooperate with the government. 316 fruit and vegetable fields and 55 citizen stores give us the capacity to use our very good distribution network in the field of livelihood and reducing people's concerns.

The spokesperson of Tehran Municipality said: Long-term contracts were concluded in this field and on the other hand, we also pursued imports for large purchases. In this project, we fulfill our duty and advance the scientific and expert path.

The monthly quota for the plan is zero inflation

Announcing that the monthly quota for the zero inflation plan has been predicted, he said: After registering their information in the Shahrazad system, people will receive the names of stores and nearby squares. We are trying to connect the ATM machines of the stores to the system for this project implementation.

Referring to the implementation of the Mother's Plan, Mohammad Khani pointed out: shopping at Shahrvand stores and fruit and vegetable markets, using health and treatment services, and using social and cultural programs and art centers such as Tehran municipal cinemas are among the services of this plan.

The spokesperson of Tehran Municipality, regarding the reduction of the time for issuing permits in the capital city, reminded: the report of this department will be presented by the Deputy Mayor of Urban Development or the Mayor of Tehran.
