Registration of 662 people's demands in Hamadan's "Su" system

Hamadan - Social Deputy of the headquarters of Hamadan Province announced that 662 people's reports were registered in the "Su" comprehensive public monitoring system.

According to Ambassador Arjan Amin Hossein Shariati, explaining the goals and functions of the "Su" comprehensive system, he stated: "This system was launched with the aim of strengthening the public monitoring mechanism, targeted pursuit of citizens' demands and improving the level of accountability of executive bodies, and has provided a suitable platform for direct and two-way communication between people and officials."

Emphasizing the supervisory position of the headquarters, he added: As a supra-jurisdictional institution, in line with its legal missions, the Headquarters for Proclamation of Good and Prohibition of Evil uses the capacity of the "Su" comprehensive system to facilitate community communication channels with managers, speed up the resolution of issues and stabilize accountability patterns.

Referring to the headings of the statement of the second step of the revolution about self-improvement, socialization and civilization, the social vice-president of the headquarters of the command of the good and the forbidden of the province of Hamedan clarified: the use of new tools in the field of demands is considered a strategic step in the direction of deepening the participation of the members of the society and the realization of jihadist approaches and grassroots people.

The possibility of online monitoring of the handling process in 19 specialized areas

Describing the technical and operational features of this monitoring platform, Shariati said: the complete independence of the system from the government body and the possibility of online monitoring of the proceedings are the two main indicators of the "Su" system, and citizens can clearly follow the status of the registered report from the moment it is sent to the time of the response and final action of the custodian body.

Referring to the subject comprehensiveness of this platform, he added: "Su" comprehensive system has provided the ability to register claims and reports in 19 specialized areas so that citizens' concerns can be separated based on thematic classification and referred to the relevant responsible institutions and authorities.

The social vice president of the headquarters of Hamedan province for good and evil has listed operational transparency as one of the main priorities and noted: Analytical reports, disaggregated statistics of claims and indicators for measuring the responsiveness of institutions are published periodically in the form of graphs and statistical tables through the official portal and special information channels "Su" so that public opinion and officials are aware of the quality of follow-ups.

Referring to the latest performance statistics of the system in Hamedan province, Shariati announced: So far, 662 public demands and reports have been registered in this portal, and based on the data analysis, Sanuf district with 164 cases, Faraja with 69 cases, and urban management and municipality with 53 cases have accounted for the highest frequency of reports, and the follow-up of other claims is also ongoing through the relevant executive bodies.
