Official: Persepolis Acquires New Team!

Persepolis Club, responding to Farabourse, explained how the youth team's franchise was purchased and the board's resolution regarding academy activities.

According to "Varzesh Se", Peyman Haddadi, the CEO and member of the Persepolis board of directors, in a letter dated October 20 and in response to the request for an explanation from the Iran Exchange, announced the details of the purchase of Noonhalan team's points. A letter that deals with the issue of this team's activity license, how to do the transaction and get the seller's guarantee.

In this letter, Persepolis has explained that the purchased privilege belongs to an active team and this club also has a youth team. Accordingly, the club has announced that there is no need to obtain a new license for the team's activities.

Another part of Hadadi's answer is dedicated to how to determine the amount of the transaction. According to the explanation of the club, according to the purchase price of points and the provisions of the company's regulations, it is not necessary to prepare an expert report and the contract was concluded based on negotiation and market price comparison. Persepolis also announced that the purchase amount was less than the "importance level" and the company was not required to disclose it. The purchase amount is not mentioned in this letter.

The club has also attached the resolution of the board of directors to explain the basis of its decision. In this resolution, the board of directors has agreed with the budget proposed by Edmond Bezik, the director of the academy, for the current expenses of the academy in the season 1405-1406, the establishment of the team of the junior league and the conclusion of a professional contract with all the players of the youth and youth ranks.
