Mashhad – The Director General of Communications and Information Technology of Razavi Khorasan announced the optimization of the mobile network in Mashhad, saying service disruptions caused by this process should be resolved within one week to 10 days.

Mashhad - Khorasan Razavi, Director General of Communications and Information Technology, announced the optimization of the mobile phone network in Mashhad and said: The disruption in services caused by this process should be resolved within the next week to 10 days.

According to Ambassador Arjan Ali Delgir, he said: The mobile phone network of various operators in the city of Mashhad is being optimized, and during this process, disruptions in the provision of services, including the Internet, have been reported.

Director General of Communications and Information Technology of Khorasan Razavi added: It is expected that the problems caused by this operation will be resolved within a week to 10 days. However, if the disruption in mobile phone service continues after this period, citizens can report their problem by visiting the 195 system portal or calling 195.

Referring to the process of handling people's reports, he said: the relevant operator is obliged to respond to the issue or take action to fix the problem within 72 hours after registering the disturbance in the 195 system. If this obligation is not fulfilled, the registered report will be referred to the Ministry of Communications as a complaint from the operator so that the issue can be followed up.

Delgir emphasized: Considering that the optimization of the mobile phone network in Mashhad is done point by point and from one telecommunication tower (BTS) to another tower, it is very important to accurately announce the location of the disruption. Therefore, when registering a report, citizens should include the exact address of the location of the disturbance and the details related to the problem so that it can be investigated and followed up effectively.
