The Barcelona club, which is facing the threat of a strike by its contracted employees, says that there will be no danger to its hosting of the El Clasico.

According to Sport Se, the managers of the Barcelona club, in response to the contract workers' strike call for the days leading up to the El Clasico, assured that this big match and all the sports events of that weekend will be held without the slightest disturbance and in full security.

A group of seasonal and part-time employees of Barcelona has issued a call for a strike and they are not going to show up to work from the morning of Friday the 23rd until the morning of Monday the 26th of October. For this reason, there are concerns about how to host the sensitive El Clasico on Sunday, October 25th at the Nou Camp Stadium.

But the managers of Barca say that the administrative structure of the club is ready to manage any possible incident and there is no danger of holding El Clasico and other matches that are held in the Palau Blaugrana Hall and Johan Cruyff Stadium.

Pointing out that the traditional El Clasico match will have around 80,000 spectators, the Barcelona club emphasized that it has the necessary organizational capacity to perfectly control the situation.

The protesting organization includes about sixty Barcelona employees who do not have a permanent contract, but Barça says that according to the existing agreements with them, the financial receipt of these workers is much higher than the average labor market of this trade. However, this protesting group has demanded a salary increase and a 50% increase in personnel and the number of people to reach 90.

Barcelona officials believe that the club's traditional way of hiring permanent and direct staff for service departments has become somewhat outdated. They cite the situation of clubs such as Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Espanyol, which do not have such personnel and have outsourced matters such as police services, catering and cleaning to contracting companies.

The managers of Barca insist on continuing rational negotiations with these employees, but at the same time they announced that with careful management, they will host the El Clasico properly and the fans will not face any problem.
