The pre-sale process of the anticipated game Metro 2039 has officially started.

At the same time, 4A Games studio and Deep Silver released a brand new trailer, revealing the details of the various versions of this title as well as the rewards for pre-purchasers. This post-apocalyptic game is scheduled to be released on 15 Bahman 1405 (February 4, 2027) for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms.

The Metro 2039 game will be available in the form of three different versions: Standard, Deluxe and Collector's. All users who pre-purchase any of these versions will receive a package called Specialist Pack as a bonus. This expansion pack includes three special Blueprints to upgrade the main character's backpack, which are: Equipment Specialist Pouch, Chemtech Specialist Pouch and Munitions Specialist Pouch.

The Standard Edition is the most basic option available, which only includes the base game and the pre-purchase bonus. The price of this version for the UK market is 59.99 pounds.

The second option is the Deluxe version, which comes with a price tag of £89.99 in the UK. In addition to the game itself, this version offers attractive contents such as an exclusive metal case, a printed art booklet with a hard cover along with its digital version, a digital soundtrack of the game, and also a story add-on package.

But the most expensive and luxurious option is the collector's edition, which includes all the contents of the Deluxe edition; Except that a super special physical item has also been added to it: a full-size, wearable replica of the main character's own Spartan helmet (The Stranger). This helmet itself is designed and built by modeling directly from the in-game 3D model, and fine details such as scratches, wear marks, movable face shield and gas mask related components have been recreated with exemplary accuracy. 4A Games studio has already explicitly confirmed that this helmet will be released exclusively in the form of a collector's edition.

The collector's edition is priced at £279.99 at select UK retailers and, as expected, will be produced in a very limited edition. Initial reports indicate that the stock of this version in a number of stores has run out of stock only a short time after the start of the pre-sale process.

Regarding the physical versions, it should be noted that the buyers of the console versions will receive the game on a disc; However, for full installation and execution, it will still be necessary to download part of the game data. On the other hand, the physical version of PCs will be marketed only as a box containing the digital code and will not have a physical disc.

Metro 2039 is the latest major part of the popular and post-apocalyptic Metro series, which returns players once again to the heart of the dark and scary tunnels of Moscow. The narrative of this version revolves around a mysterious character named The Stranger; A former ranger of the Spartan group who, after years away from the metro area, is forced to return to the heart of Moscow against his inner desire. The events take place in a time when the familiar character of Hunter has now become a powerful and dictatorial leader and has taken full control of the survivors.
