Referring to the division of the examined ranges, he stated: We have two ranges; It is a legal area of Tehran city, which is under the management and control of Tehran municipality, and violations in it are dealt with seriously. In total, more than 95% of the violations that have been identified in this area have been resolved.

Pursuing violations in the Council for the Protection of Baytalmal Rights
Referring to the responsibility of various institutions in these areas, the head of the General Administration of Tehran's boundaries stated: Part of the tasks related to this issue are the responsibility of the Jihad of Agriculture and the governorship, but we also monitor and report on the issues. We raise violations monthly in the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Bait Al Mal, and we also have good interactions with the judiciary and follow up on the issues from this direction.
He continued: In the discussion of removing the effect of violations in areas with administrative interference, the performance is much lower than the legal limits of Tehran, and almost half of the violations that we have identified in the past year still remain.
Mazinani noted: We are persistent to use the capacity of agricultural jihad. We have also announced that the equipment and manpower of Tehran Municipality are working to follow up on these issues and we will follow up on the issue until the violations are completely resolved within the immediate boundaries of the city of Tehran.
He emphasized: Dealing with violations of the capital's privacy and pursuing the removal of their effects continues with seriousness, and in this direction, the cooperation of the responsible agencies and the use of judicial capacities are very important.
