The accusations raised in the indictment, including receiving bribes, acquiring property through illegal means and embezzlement, will be examined in the framework of the judicial investigation of the case.

Hemtifar continued: In connection with this case, 10 employees of the Tax Affairs Department, who have been indicted, have been suspended from service.

He added: With the completion of the preliminary investigation and the issuance of the indictment, the case will be sent to the competent judicial authority to deal with the charges and examine the documents, and the final decision on the criminal responsibility of the individuals will be made within the framework of the law.
