According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from Lorestan, the first educational library of Shulabad city was opened with the presence of the head of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Aligudarz city, district head Zazoumahro, the head of education and education of Shulabad city and a group of local officials. In this ritual, more than a thousand volumes of books were donated to this library for the use of citizens by the efforts of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Aligudarz.

The first educational library of Shulabad was put into operation with the presence of a group of city and local officials with the aim of providing access to study resources for citizens and strengthening the culture of reading books.

In the opening ceremony of this library, Nahid Shahrosund, the head of Aligudarz Islamic Guidance and Culture Department, together with the mayor of Shulabad, Zzoumahro, and a group of local officials were present.

In this ceremony, the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Aligudarz city donated more than a thousand books to the newly established library of Shulabad in order to provide the benefit of citizens, especially those interested in reading, from cultural and study resources.
