The development of welfare and tourism services in Semnan Passenger Park is investigated

Semnan- The governor of Semnan announced the review of the plan to build a mosque and develop welfare and tourism services of the passenger park and said: providing land and determining the use of this plan requires expert review and coordination of the agencies.

According to Mehr reporter, Mehdi Samimian announced on Saturday noon in the Mehr Tourism Working Group of Semnan Governorate about the review of the tourism development plan and welfare services in the area of the passenger park and stated: Considering the need of this area for religious and welfare facilities, it is necessary to use the capacity of the investor and the coordination of the responsible agencies for the implementation of the plan.

In the review meeting of the plan for tourism development and investment in the passenger park, referring to the demands of travelers regarding the lack of religious and comfort facilities in the belt area of Semnan, he said: the construction of a mosque and the creation of service and reception spaces in the vicinity of the passenger park can solve part of the needs of travelers.

Referring to the announcement of the investor's readiness to participate in the implementation of this project, Governor Semnan added: "It is necessary to examine the existing capacities and the conditions of the implementation of the project with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development and other related institutions in order to provide the necessary ground for the development of services in this area."

Emphasizing the necessity of surveying the land required for the implementation of different parts of the plan, Samimian said: provision of land for economic activities, services and hospitality of investors should be taken into consideration along with the issue of building a mosque, and different dimensions of the plan should be reviewed based on legal criteria.

He also emphasized the need to coordinate with the policy-making council of Friday imams and added: the investor must submit his request in an official manner so that the issue of building a mosque, the amount of land required and how to implement the project will be followed up legally.

Pointing to the necessity of determining land use and how to transfer land, Governor Semnan pointed out: the conditions of the land and the possibility of using the existing capacities should be determined in expert surveys so that the final proposal along with the necessary documents can be submitted to the decision-making authorities.

Samimian considered it necessary to prepare an expert plan by determining the scope and area required for the construction of the mosque and the location of the service, welfare and tourism sectors and added: After examining the technical aspects and making the necessary coordination between the responsible institutions, a decision will be made about the implementation and next steps of this plan.
