From Fake Gold Bars to Counterfeit Iran-Chek Checks: Counterfeiting Couple Caught in Mazandaran Police Special Operation

The Mazandaran Criminal Investigation Police Chief announced that the province's Criminal Investigation Police Special Operations Unit arrested a fraudster couple and seized from their vehicle 200 counterfeit 200,000-toman Iran-Chek checks, 400 fake dollars, a counterfeit gold bar, three gold bangles, and a quarter-gold coin with fake minting that closely resembles genuine samples.

Mazandaran Intelligence Police chief announced the arrest of a fraudster couple by the Special Operations Department of the Provincial Intelligence Police and the discovery of 200 fake Iranian checks worth 200,000 Tomans, 400 dollars, a fake ingot, three bangles and a quarter coin with a fake mintage and appearance similar to the originals from their car.
