EXCLUSIVE: Scarlett Stallone and Fears To Fathom creator Rayll have teamed up to bring the horror video game franchise to life. Stallone's SRYN Productions has picked up the film and television rights.

Created by Mukul Negi, known professionally as Rayll, the Fears To Fathom franchise is a series of indie psychological horror stories inspired by real-life terrifying experiences. Rather than relying on supernatural creatures or elaborate mythology, Fears to Fathom builds suspense around seemingly ordinary situations that take increasingly terrifying turns. The franchise consists of Home Alone, Norwood Hitchhike, Carson House, Ironbark Lookout, Woodbury Getaway, and Scratch Creek, each following a different protagonist. Since its launch in 2021, the brand has gained a significant international following. Its first installment, Home Alone, surpassed 2.3 million downloads on Steam, while subsequent paid installments sold over 1.25 million copies in total. Watch on Deadline

"I've been playing video games since before I could read, and the first time I played Fears to Fathom, I was hooked. I've played every game since then," Stallone said. "Ryle's games are down-to-earth and really unsettling because the horror comes from situations that can actually happen to you. I love it. Working with Ryle, we're a great team and I'm excited to expand that world while keeping what the fans love.

"I started Fears to Fathom as a very personal project, so it's surreal to see how far it's come and how strongly people around the world have connected with these stories," Ryle said. Scarlett immediately understood that what made Fears to Fathom work wasn't just fear, but the feeling that these situations could happen to anyone. I'm excited to work with him and SRYN Productions to bring that same tension and authenticity to a new medium.

As an actor, Stallone portrays Spencer in the Paramount + Taylor Sheridan crime drama. He has also written several original screenplays and is developing a portfolio of character-driven film and television projects through SRYN, focusing on distinctive intellectual property and emerging creative voices.

A self-taught developer writer and director, Ryle started making games when he was around 12 years old. He first gained recognition in 2017 with his award-winning puzzle game Loopables. He developed the first episode of Fears to Fathom while attending Delhi University of Technology and founded Rayll Studios in 2023.

Stallone is repped by Independent Artists Group and Untitled. Rayll is reviewed by Independent Artist Group.
