"RJ Meath is best known for his role as Walter 'Flynn' White Jr. on AMC's acclaimed and award-winning series 'Breaking Bad.' Drawing on his experience living with cerebral palsy, Mitt brought authenticity to the role and created a platform on disability awareness and inclusion." In addition to entertaining friends and family around the world, he served as an ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy and Children's Shriners.

Mitte also served as president of the Mitte Foundation, which supports philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, while using her platform to challenge stereotypes and promote greater representation for people with disabilities, the statement noted.

A Cameron County justice of the peace previously said an autopsy would be performed.

The actor's death saddened his former "Breaking Bad" co-stars, including Bryan Cranston, who played his on-screen father, Walter White.

"I am in deep despair as I write this tonight," Cranston wrote in an emotional tribute on Instagram. He remembered Mitte as a happy and enthusiastic young actor who was cast as Walter White Jr. at age 14.

Cranston also praised Mitte's work as a disability rights advocate, saying they were close after the AMC series ended. The actor revealed that he and Mitte had recently discussed meeting for lunch, writing that he wondered if such a meeting would "change his future."

"But I know I loved him," Cranston wrote. "I miss you my son."

Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul also shared a statement with The Hollywood Reporter about Mayte's death.

"I'm at a loss. I'm saddened by the news. RJ, I love you. I love you. You're going to be missed," Paul said. "And to anyone reading this, please know they are loved and you are not alone," she added.

A few days before his death, Mitte appeared on "The Joe Volpis Podcast," where he reflected on his career, advocacy activities, and approach to life.

"I live life to the fullest. I always try. I have very limited time," Mitte said during the episode, which aired on October 5.

Mitte also said that Breaking Bad's greatest gift was the platform it gave her to advocate for people with disabilities.

"That's really the biggest thing that 'Breaking Bad' has given me is being able to lend my voice to causes that have a meaningful impact that change people's lives," she said. He added that his greatest achievement was "giving back" through the work of his foundation.

Mitt starred in all five seasons of Breaking Bad, appearing as Walter White Jr. in 56 episodes.

Mitte also appeared in Altered at Birth, Guardians of Justice, Hannah Montana, and Everybody Hates Chris.
