Visit of the Acting Minister of Oil to Jam Petrochemical and the damaged unit in the Ramadan war

Acting Minister of Petroleum, while in Asaluyeh region, visited Jam Petrochemical and Butadiene Unit of this complex, which was hit during the Ramadan war, and was closely informed about the situation of this unit.

According to the Persian Gulf report; This visit was focused on examining the conditions of the damaged unit, evaluating the current situation and following up on the measures taken to return to operational conditions.

Jam Petrochemical Butadiene Unit is one of the important parts of the production chain of this complex and plays a significant role in providing feed for downstream industries and completing the value chain of petrochemical products.

At the end of this visit, Hamid Bord, while appreciating the efforts of the management team and employees of Jam Petrochemical, considered the return of 70% of the complex to the production cycle in the shortest possible time after the incident of the Ramadan war as a valuable step and appreciated the measures taken to resume production and continue the operational activities of this complex.
