According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from Mazandaran, the head of the Deputy of Commercial Development and Agricultural Industries of the Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization said: More than 500 tons of Mazandaran chickens go to the Tehran market every day.

Hussain Eslami, referring to the statistics of the Province Slaughterhouses Association and the General Department of Veterinary Medicine, announced that a total of 500,622 kilograms of chicken meat was sent from Mazandaran to Tehran every day. He added: 253 tons of ready-to-cook chicken was sent to stores and squares in Tehran.

Also referring to the transfer of live chicken to the capital, Eslami said: 112 thousand 810 pieces of live chicken were also sent to Tehran for slaughter, which is included in the announced statistics of the chicken supply of this market.

He also announced that the amount of chicken meat distributed inside Mazandaran, including cutting, is 270 tons.

The head of the Deputy of Commercial Development and Agricultural Industries of Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization continued: Part of the chicken required by the province's market is also supplied from other sources, and ready-to-cook chicken is supplied from Golestan and Gilan provinces, as well as chain stores in the distribution network of Mazandaran.

Eslami also said about sending chicken to other provinces: 68,413 kilograms of ready-to-cook chicken meat was sent from Mazandaran to other provinces.

He added: In addition, 40,600 live chickens were sent to other provinces, of which Semnan's share was 32,800, Golestan 6,000, and Central Province 1,800.
