Atabaki: Smart Case Referral Must Be Pursued Seriously in All Tehran Judicial Units

The Head of the Tehran Province Judiciary stressed the need to fully implement smart case referral, expand electronic guarantees, review the performance of specialized branches, and organize human resources. He called for close oversight of important cases, protection of public rights and public funds, reduction of unnecessary detentions, and stronger ties between judicial officials and the public.
