Localizing Sensitive Equipment for Strategic Industries to Current Standards
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran announced domestic production of instrumentation and industrial control systems needed by refining, petrochemical and steel industries.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Mohammad Eslami, today, Tuesday, in the commemoration ceremony of the National Standard Day, referring to the country's scientific, intellectual and management capacities, he stated: The Iranian nation deserves to achieve the first place in science and technology; Throughout history, science and technology originated from Iran and the ability to think, creativity and managerial capacity of Iranians is an infinite capacity.
He stated that the duty of management is to provide the context, facilitation, support, guidance and support for the flourishing of talents and processes, and added: The purpose of these measures is the flourishing of people and existing capacities and the use of their results in the service of the Iranian nation.
Emphasizing Iran's position in nuclear science and technology, Eslami stated: We are on par with developed countries in nuclear science and technology, and this is a fact. The fact that some people do not like and do not accept that Iran has nuclear technology does not change the fact of the scientific power of the country. We have not done anything wrong, and if they do not raise the issue of nuclear bomb, they have nothing else to say.
Referring to the attacks on the country's infrastructure, the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization said: Today, we are present in all the headlines in the nuclear country. All the industries that were bombed, including sensitive points of industries, by both Israel and America, included sensitive processes of industries, refineries, petrochemicals, steel and various industries. They targeted all those points that control processes and have nuclear instrumentation. They targeted there to make the process difficult in terms of selection and stability.
He continued: These equipments and products are neither given to Iran nor repaired. The Atomic Energy Organization has localized and produced all these equipments with today's standards and provided them to the industries.
Emphasizing that nuclear technology and its achievements belong to the people of Iran, Eslami said: Nuclear technology is the technology of life, authority and progress, and the young people of the country are taking steps in the development of this technology with their scientific efforts.
He added: The average age of colleagues who achieve these achievements in various scientific and technological fields is about 35 years. This issue shows the capacity of the country's youth and the valuable opportunity provided for their participation in scientific progress.
The vice president also pointed out the necessity of continuing the development of technologies and noted: scientific and technological achievements should be continuously updated and continue the path of progress by relying on appropriate structures and mechanisms.
Eslami considered standard and quality to be the basic elements of the activities of the Atomic Energy Organization and emphasized: without standards, we can never reach the desired position. The standard should be inclusive and comprehensive and should not be limited only to goods and services; It should also include processes, functions and the correct use of capacities.
He emphasized the need to improve quality, develop standards, and take advantage of the country's scientific and technological capacity and said: He considered this approach to be the basis for strengthening the industrial power and the continuation of Iran's progress in the frontiers of knowledge.
