Regulating the issuing of construction permits in the city boundaries/determining the tasks of the municipalities in the boundaries

Referring to the regulation of the issuance of construction permits in the boundaries of cities, the deputy director of the coordination of civil affairs of Tehran Governorate said: Municipalities can only act within the limits of the designated boundaries within the framework of legal authority. With this resolution, the tasks of the municipalities in the field of management and monitoring of private areas have been specified.
