Rahmati Eyes Hat-Trick of Asian Wins!
Mehdi Rahmati is set to chase his third win of his coaching career in his eleventh Asian clash against continental sides.
According to "Varzesh Se", Mehdi Rahmati's 11th Asian game on the coaching bench can be accompanied by a big spell breaking. In his second experience in the Asian Champions League 2, Rahmati is looking to record his third continental win against the representative of Bahrain.
The start of the Asian tournament was Rahmati from Mashhad and the bench of Shahr Khodro, he was placed in a tough group next to Al Hilal, Shabab Al Ahli and Pakhtakor. In that tournament, Shahr Khodro experienced two defeats against Shabab Al Ahli and one loss against Pakhtakor. The only 0-0 draw against Al-Hilal was canceled due to the spread of the Corona virus in the Saudi team's camp and the cancellation of this team's games, so that his first coaching period in Asia ended with three losses.
Mehdi Rahmati's second appearance was in the 2023-2024 season with Nasaji Mazandaran. Qaimshahr was unable to do anything in a tough group with Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal and Uzbekistan's Nobhar and lost all four round-trip matches. Two round-trip wins with a similar result of 2-0 against Mumbai City, India, were the only Asian wins in Rahmati's coaching career to date.
After registering 2 wins, 1 draw and 7 defeats in the last 10 games, Rahmati is now preparing for his 11th Asian experience. After facing Emirati, Saudi, Uzbek and Indian rivals, this time in a new geography, he will face an opponent from Bahrain, a game in which victory can improve his continental statistics and get his third Asian win.
