100% Price Hike in Shoes Boosts Demand for Shoe Repair

A member of the national shoe association, citing the 80% share of domestic production in the shoe market, reported a 100% increase in prices since the start of this year. He stressed that this sharp price rise has significantly boosted citizens' demand for shoe repair services.

Referring to the 80% share of domestic products in the shoe market, the member of the country's shoe association announced the 100% increase in prices since the beginning of this year and emphasized that this significant increase has greatly increased citizens' acceptance of shoe repair services.

Ahmad Gazrani, a member of the country's shoe association, explained the situation of the shoe market in a conversation with Arjan's ambassador and stated: "More than 80% of the shoes in the market are domestically produced, and the remaining 20% are imported and smuggled goods."

Referring to the price fluctuations in this market, he added: "Since the beginning of the year, the price of shoes has increased by 100%, and this jump in prices has made people and consumers more receptive to repairing shoes and renovating older products."
