According to Tass reporter, a representative of the prosecutor's office said at the court session in Hamburg: Sergei Kuznetsov, the suspect in the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline bombing case, acted on the orders of Ukrainian government agencies along with his accomplices.

According to the prosecutor's representative, Kuznetsov and his co-conspirators acted "on the orders of Ukrainian state agencies."
