Medical and hospital sources in the Gaza Strip announced the martyrdom of three Palestinians in the attacks of the Zionist forces on Gaza City and the north of this region since Friday morning.

According to Ambassador Arjan's report, quoted by Al Jazeera, a source in the Gaza Ambulance and Emergency Organization announced that a Palestinian was killed in the attack of the Zionist military drone on the Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Gaza Strip.

Also, hospital sources in Gaza reported that since Friday dawn, three Palestinians have lost their lives in the attacks of the Zionist forces on Gaza City and the northern areas of this strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Wednesday that since the beginning of the war on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs in this region has reached 74 thousand 392 people and the number of injured has reached 175 thousand 440 people.

Since the beginning of the Gaza war, the Zionist military attacks on this area have resulted in the martyrdom and wounding of a large number of Palestinians, the widespread displacement of residents and the destruction of a large part of civilian infrastructure.

According to a joint assessment by the United Nations, the European Union, and the World Bank, published in April 2026, more than 371,888 residential units in Gaza have been destroyed or damaged, and more than half of the hospitals in the region are out of order.

In its October 2026 report, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs also reported on the continuation of airstrikes in densely populated areas of Gaza, lack of medical equipment and restrictions on the entry of essential items. This institution has also warned about the poor condition of the places where refugees are accommodated, the risk of flooding and the disruption of drinking water supply and health services.
