He added: After the completion of operations in the Segabad axis, the improvement of the Qadimabad area on the Qazvin-Buin-Zahra route, from about the fifth kilometer of this axis, is in the plan. Of course, the continuation of the operation depends on the weather conditions and the remaining time of the working season, and if the conditions are unfavorable, some of the actions will be postponed to next year.

Stating that a significant part of Buin-Zahra axis needs improvement, the Acting Deputy of Roads of the Qazvin General Directorate of Roads and Road Transport said: The existing resources do not provide the possibility of complete covering of the axis and the operation is based on prioritization of experts and severity of damages.

Referring to the impact of credit restrictions and increased costs on the implementation of projects, Habibi continued: the lack of timely allocation of credits and problems with bitumen supply can slow down the projects, but the effort of the road network is to advance the ongoing projects despite the limitations.

Qazvin highway deputy head also said about the demands related to Garmizabad-Sadeghabad axis: With the follow-ups, a contract worth about 50 billion tomans is being concluded for the organization of this route.

Referring to the damage of some rural roads due to the traffic of heavy vehicles carrying minerals, he said: the cooperation of mines in maintaining and repairing the damaged roads is not enough, and the road administration is also facing limitations to oblige these units to participate in the improvement of the roads.

Habibi also said about the lighting of the axis of the glass factory towards Mahmudabad: sometimes a part of the lighting system is out of order and it takes time to fix this problem; However, fixing the lighting defect of this route is being pursued.

In response to the citizens' demand to install cameras on rural roads and high-traffic roads, he said: The priority of installing violation recording cameras in national programs is on highways and freeways, and it is not possible to implement this plan on all rural roads.

Habibi also said about the axes that pass through the villages and cities: determining the type of intervention and the responsibility of the devices in these routes depends on the scope of the detailed plan and the approvals of the traffic council, and in this field, the road administration, village councils, housing foundation and municipalities should cooperate according to their duties.

In the end, referring to the implementation of active projects on the freeways of the province and the main axes of the Tehran-Bazargan corridor, he asked the citizens to be patient in order to complete the improvement operations, considering the limitation of the working season and the prioritization of the projects.
