The Deputy Minister of Oil and the CEO of Iran's National Gas Company stated that in the event of threats from the United States against the country's energy facilities, Tehran will respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

According to Arjan's ambassador, Saeed Tawakoli Moun, Minister of Oil and CEO of Iran's National Gas Company, said on the sidelines of the "Russian Energy Week" event: "Of course, the war that the United States has created for itself by ignoring international norms has affected the energy sector around the world, and if there is a threat from the United States against Iran's energy facilities, Tehran will react appropriately."

In a conversation with Ambassador Arjan, he continued: "Iran will take timely, accurate and appropriate retaliatory measures to deal with the threats and damage that the enemy intends to inflict on the country."
