Gruv's 2 for $25 in 4K Horror Movies has some absolute Halloween classics

Gruv has dropped a 4K "2 for $25" sale on select pre-Halloween horror movies, including Psycho, The Bride of Frankenstein, Poltergeist, and more.

The lead-up to Halloween is the perfect time to watch (or re-watch) horror movies. After all, it is a scary season. However, if you're still looking for something to watch this year, Gruv is worth a look. The online retailer — which is owned by Universal Pictures, if you're new to it — has dropped a 4K '2 for $25' sale on a selection of horror movies, with some fun picks.

Shaun of the Dead (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray)

If you prefer classic horror, there's plenty to check out in this sale collection. A few different Alfred Hitchcock films are mixed in, including Psycho and The Birds, but there are also selections like The Bride of Frankenstein and Dracula.

This is actually quite a solid range to check out in terms of release. Jumping back to the 80s, Poltergeist is another great one worth buying, and there's also 1999's The Mummy in this sale, which is a personal favorite of mine. It's a great time to watch it again, too, with recent photos of Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz reprising their roles for The Mummy 4.

Bride of Frankenstein (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray)

There are some great modern choices like The Invisible Man too, but that's certainly not the end of it. If you're curious to see what's up, check out Gruv's Halloween Hi-Def Horror '2 for $25 here. And while it doesn't seem to have a specific end date on the store page, I'm guessing it's only available until the end of the month since it's specifically a Halloween sale. So, be quick to grab your favorites while they're still live.

If you're looking for more physical media sales to buy, Black Friday is worth keeping on your radar. It starts at the end of November next month and is one of our favorite times of the year to buy 4K and Blu-ray movies on sale, so stay tuned for more movies on sale.
