Kermanshah - Sunni Imam of Kermanshah, criticizing the banning of hijab girl students from studying in the Republic of Azerbaijan, considered this action against religious and religious freedoms.
According to Mehr reporter, Teacher Mullah Abdurrahman Moradi, the Imam of Friday prayers in Kermanshah, in his Friday prayer sermons this week, referring to the issue of banning the presence of veiled girls in the schools of the Republic of Azerbaijan, stated: Hijab is a religious and Quranic obligation for Muslim women, and preventing its observance is considered as limiting religious and religious freedoms.
Criticizing this restriction, he added: Islamic clothing is part of the religious beliefs of Muslim women and girls, and depriving students from attending the educational environment because of adherence to these beliefs conflicts with the right to enjoy religious freedom.
Pointing to the companionship of some students with their veiled classmates, Imam Juma'a of Sunni Kermanshah said: The sympathy and companionship of students with girls who are facing restrictions due to wearing the hijab shows the importance of social support for people who adhere to their religious beliefs.
Mamosta Moradi continued by pointing to what she considered to be the contradiction between the display of religious clothing in the images and symbols of some religious traditions and the opposition to the hijab of Muslim girls, and stated: The treatment of the religious clothing of Muslim women and girls is brought up while some religious images of other religions also show full coverage.
He also criticized the silence of those claiming to support women's rights against these restrictions and stated: From his point of view, the defense of women's rights should not be subject to political considerations and the freedom to choose clothing based on religious beliefs should also be taken into consideration.
The Friday imam of Ahl al-Sunnah Kermanshah emphasized his position on preserving Islamic rites by citing the verse "Let the light of God shine in their mouths, and God is full of light even if he hates the infidels" and expressed his hope that the restrictions applied against veiled girls should be removed.
In another part of the Friday prayer sermons, Mamusta Moradi emphasized the necessity of avoiding conflict and differences in the Islamic society, citing verse 9 of Surah Hijrat, and said: The Holy Quran has invited Muslims to correct differences and establish a just peace.
He stated that division and conflict weakens the strength and cohesion of the Islamic Ummah, and added: religious, ethnic, cultural, political and social differences, discrimination and economic problems are among the factors that can cause conflict in Islamic societies and efforts should be made to resolve them.
