2,000 Liters of Diesel Seized Outside the Distribution Network in Alborz County

Qazvin – The police commander of Alborz County announced the seizure of a Nissan tanker pickup carrying 2,000 liters of diesel without a transport permit, valuing the shipment at 1 billion and 740 million rials.

Qazvin- Alborz city police commander announced the seizure of a Nissan tanker truck carrying 2,000 liters of diesel fuel without a transport permit and announced the value of this shipment at 1.74 billion rials.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Col. Seyyed Hamidreza Mousavipour said: In order to deal with the smuggling of petroleum products, the officers of the Alborz city rescue unit, while patrolling in the security area, suspected a Nissan tanker truck and ordered it to stop.

He added: After stopping the car and inspecting it, the officers discovered 2,000 liters of diesel outside the distribution network, which did not have any transport permit from the National Oil Products Distribution Company.

Referring to the arrest of one person in this regard, Alborz police commander said: The accused was introduced to the judicial authorities to handle the case.

Mousavipour announced the approximate value of the discovered cargo to be one billion and 740 million rials.
