On the second anniversary of Yahya Sanwar's martyrdom, Bassem Naeem said that his last image is the summary of the narrative of a nation that fights until its last breath.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Bassem Naeem, a member of the political office of Hamas, on the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Yahya Sanwar, the former head of the political office of this movement, by honoring the memory of "Abu Brahim" emphasized that the last image of Sanwar on the battlefield is a summary of the narrative of a nation that will fight for its freedom until its last breath.

Naeem said these words while referring to the last scene of Sanwar; A commander whose hands were stained with his own blood and at the same time, embodied the meaning of standing. He further highlighted the connection between blood and freedom in the Palestinian resistance by quoting this verse that "red for freedom is a door that is knocked with every bloody hand."

He further added that the book "Freedom of Palestine" will never be written unless its biggest chapter is dedicated to Yahya Sinwar.

Yahya Sanwar, one of the senior commanders of the Hamas movement and head of the political office of this movement, was martyred on October 16, 2024, in the genocidal attacks of the Zionist regime on Gaza. He was in the prisons of the occupying regime for many years and after his release in a prisoner exchange, he reached the high levels of Hamas leadership and became one of the key figures of the Palestinian resistance.
